    My humidifier doesn’t spray any mist.

    You can troubleshoot the following:
    1. Check whether the sprint under the cotten stick is lost.
    2. you can wet out the cotten stick manually, then put it back in the humidifier.
    3. use the extra cotten stick to have a try.
    4. factory reset and configure the smart humidifier from start.

    How to get more cotton sticks?
    We have two cottons included in the package, and normally a cotton stick can be used for more than one year. As we don’t sell the cotton stick separately, if you need more, please contact support@meross.com with below information.
